Athletic State of Mind was born out of the idea that most young athletes aren't prepared mentally or physically for the world that awaits them after high school.

It's no one's fault. It's just the way the world is wired. Most coaches who are willing to put in the hours to excel at their craft want to make the most money which is at the collegiate and professional levels. Leading young athletes are parents, coaches, athletic directors, and counselors who want the best for their kids but have expertise and degrees in areas that don't relate to student-athlete success in and out of sport.

We are changing this narrative. We are bridging the gap between knowledge and power regardless of socioeconomic status, resources, and location. Everything we do, from the content we put out to the community we create, is rooted in the idea that young athletes should be able to find the answers they need close to home. Not only do we want to create more playing opportunities for prep athletes in college, but we also want college coaches to get a more developed student-athlete.

With the additional years of eligibility and new transfer portal rules it's become extremely difficult for prep athletes to find college roster spots, never mind scholarships. How can student-athletes rethink their strategies of reaching your goals? How, as a leader, can you help student-athletes achieve their dreams? Those are the questions we are here to answer.

We do CULTURE, LIFE DESIGN, & SPORTS OPTIMIZATION for student-athletes and we develop their support system along the way.

Welcome to Athletic State of Mind.
